  • A brokerage relationship

You acknowledge that you are acting independently in your real estate transaction.

3. No Guarantees or Results

We do not guarantee:

  • That your property will sell

  • The price your property will sell for

  • The timeline of your sale

  • The level of buyer interest or activity

Results vary based on:

  • Market conditions

  • Property condition

  • Pricing decisions

  • Execution of strategies

  • External factors outside our control

Any examples, case studies, or outcomes are illustrative only and not typical.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all decisions related to your property

  • You will independently verify all information before relying on it

  • You will seek licensed professionals where appropriate (e.g., attorneys, escrow, tax advisors)

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

If a satisfaction guarantee is offered:

  • It applies only within the stated time period

  • It must be requested in writing

  • It may become void once personalized or property-specific materials have been delivered

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to:

  • Playbooks

  • Systems

  • Templates

  • Documents

  • Branding

  • Videos and materials

…are the exclusive property of Clear Path Consulting™.

You may:

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials

  • Share access with others

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability
